Our Future

It has to be built around players from the academy.

It's time to stop throwing money away on signing players who are coming to the end of their careers and that ask for big wages.

We must now put all our efforts into finding young hungry players from the lower league's and promoting player's from the academy. If it meant relegation next season and a season or 2 in league one then so be it.

We aren't a big club that can spend millions on players every season and we all know that Tan wants to tighten the purse strings so youth must be the way forward for us.
