That is a fair assessment of his current ability. If CC gets a L2 or L1 club and plays regularly he has got a chance to develop and improve. It is only when young players get a chance of regular first team football that they blossom.
I always think of Cameron Jerome who played second fiddle to Stuart Fleetwood until Fleetwood got injured against Derby. CJ came on and grabbed his chance and went on to have a career at the highest level.
Around the same time we also gave opportunities to Joe Ledley and Chris Gunter because the club was so skint they had to use academy players and both were in the Wales team which went to the Euro semi-finals in 2016.

Feel bit sorry for Coxe because this could be a great chance as a backup to Jazz Richards. And he deserves to be playing for US nowhere else ok we have yet seen him in league games but you will never know how good he will be unless you give him a good run. Hopefully Harris keeps to his word and tries to bring in the youth players such as coxe in the team.
