Stoke pay on the day?

One of my mates lives in Liverpool and wants to travel over and meet us there at the game.
Anyone know if he can pay on the day or am I gonna have to do the leg work and get a ticket for him? haha

Originally they thought we could sell 2,500 tickets but looking really unlikely so by Thursday they will announce
