Not ignorance mate, I thought the same.
You can say that someone was killed in a crash though, even if it is accidental I reckon.

That's correct (I think we've had that debate on the same wording before) but in this case there are references to Emiliano being 'killed' due to others actions

The book takes information from many reports and paper pieces, it's not the easiest read and suggests more than it evidences. Thinly veiled insinuations against managers and agents. Certainly, if true, you can assume that there was an uncomfortable few months for a few people ( who were) at Cardiff City after the event and still today.
