What have both managers said?

Neil Harris

"It’s going to be cold and blustery but those are things you have to deal with.

"At this stage of the Championship, you’re not always expecting pretty games anyway. It will be competitive and we’ll try and make sure we make the best of the conditions and come out on top.

"There’s been a spring in the step in the group over the past couple of weeks. The transfer window is done and everything is settled. It’s a working group now – people want to learn and work for the group.

"We’re looking forward to each game. It’s up to us to concentrate on ourselves. We know where we want to be and it’s about getting there."

Danny Cowley

"We’ve already played Neil Harris’ team once this season when he was Millwall manager.

"He’s done a fantastic job since he took over, Neil Warnock isn’t an easy man to follow but he’s made them really competitive.

"They’ve picked up some wins recently and are on the verge of the play-offs. It’s a tough game but we’re looking forward to it and building on what we did against QPR.

"They have lots of good players and a really good manager. They’re really well organised and carry a threat from set pieces.

"Near on 60 percent of their chances are from long throws, corners or free kicks, so we have to defend well against that.

"They have good delivery and good timing of runs and real aerial threat.

"Lee Tomlin has done really well playing in the half spaces, plus good options in wide areas. They will ask a lot of questions of us and get the ball forward quickly, and we’ll have to try and deal with their direct play.

"In recent times we’ve found that more challenging but we believe we’re made of sterner stuff now."
