How our fans can sing Neil Harris Barmy Army is beyond me when a majority are questioning his tactics and selections already and quite a lot don’t want him even though we are currently stuck with him..... he lost a majority of the fan base very very quickly and his interviews are carbon copies of each other... same sh!t different interview

First half we were better last night, should of gone 3.0 but ward missed when put through by Glatzel.
Awful defending for all 3, Etheridge looked nervous.
Last Friday we should of beat them at home, and in the away leg we just didn’t finish them off.
Yes Harris has a lot to do, however, since Warnock has left it has been a wake up call to what an average squad we have.

I didn't want Malky.. it blew my mind we were appointing someone who in his last 9 Watford games had won just the once { against Barnsley }.. he won his 1st 2 here , spent the majority of the year in the play off spots and reached a cup final..
so me and anyone that thought like me had to shut the f**k up..

West brom and reading were good performance in the league,we looked up for it in both games were exciting, I really dont get what people expect we are very hard to beat

But Harris record is good only 2 losses

Harris is out of his depth at the club.
Millwall was his club and he had a massive affiliation with them for obvious reasons
We got him on the cheap as he was out of work after walking away from Millwall (who have improved 10 fold since)
He should know by now his starting 11 but obviously doesn't.
Can anyone really see this man becoming a Prem league Manager because I can't.
This season is done now and yes we won't be relegated.
I believe next season we may get pulled into a dogfight to stay up.
The board had time to think sensibly about Warnock's replacement as he said he was going after this season anyway,this was obviously not considered as they jumped in for Harris quicker than a rat up a drain pipe.
Something feels completely wrong at the club right now and it needs fixing.
It wasn't that long ago we won 2-0 at Old Trafford in the Premier league but it feels like a million years ago.

The best defensive coach in the world wouldn't be able to do much with Aden Flint, who was yet again at fault for 2 of the 3 goals last night in my opinion. With an ageing Bamba alongside him who has sadly been affected with his bad injury and his age taking its toll, it was obvious we would concede last night.

I wasn't there last night but judging by the highlights, it seems we had far more clear chances, so it looked like we were the better team. Unfortunately, unless Morrison and Nelson play, we are always going to be leaking goals at the back. This will never change unless we bring in some better defenders.

I'm hoping we can offload Flint in the summer and bring a good centre back in to compete with Morrison and Nelson. I'm also hoping Ciaron Brown keeps performing well for Livingston and the experience will be invaluable for him to come back to us a better player and be able to challenge for the centre back positions next season as well.

Harris said himself we're never going to get anywhere conceding the amount of goals we have in the cup. He knows what players have let him down and he should now know a big overhaul is needed with our squad this summer ready for next season.

I think good will come out of this defeat and I'm looking forward to seeing what Harris does this summer to reshape the squad to play his own way. Next season, we will be able to give a fair opinion on Harris. This season, Harris is still stuck with Warnock's players. The same players who have already let Warnock down this season losing 3-0 at Reading and losing to Swansea and Bristol City.

No manager could have come in and turned this mess around quickly. Lets stop the anti Harris agenda, try to enjoy the rest of this season and then see what squad Harris can put together this summer ready for next season. It's only then we will be able to judge him fairly.

Sadly some managers are to scared to put across any kind of opinion or personality, in recent years people like Malky, Slade, Trollope and now Harris watch every word in front of the camera, every interview like its come straight out of a book. Its sad but the modern players are mostly the same, they get training to deal with it.

That's where it was nice to have managers like Dave Jones and Warnock who said what they thought even if it meant fans would take offence in DJ's case.

With Harris its 1 step forward 2 back. I cant see any change other than one or two more passes at the back before we lump it forward.

With Pack orchestrating things in the middle, we have no chance of a quick change of style as his speed of body and thought are far too slow I’m afraid. I also think that he is one of the reasons why our defence looks so brittle at times.

He won 3 and drew 1 of his first 4 games for some fans,he simply wasn't their choice,so will drag up every negative about him!! If fans had have done that with Warnock, they'd have been hung on here! I wasnt overjoyed at Warnock's appointment, as I knew the football on display was not going to be pretty,but also knew he would be the man to get the club going in the right direction, and accepted the price to pay, in terms of exiting football,and having the general mood around the club,improve immensely. And moaning about what a manager moans about and says in interview?? Well,he learnt from the master,like Warnock didn't talk shite! He said squad he left was top 2 quality we ALL know that's b@llshit,but some choose To ignore that,and prefer to slag off a man,who in truth is playing with one hand tied behind his back,due to the crap left by the previous incumbent. He's right...we were the better team in all 3 games. Football is like that...the best teams don't always win. Using your position of influence on here to whip up anti Harris sentiment. You started it after about 14 games. Way too early to tell if he'll be a success here. If we sacked him now with his record we'd look stupid as a club. Who could we get in who'd be any better?

That is because we have defenders who are incapable/not trusted to play it out from the back. Pack essentially drops into a back 5 to take the ball off them and our wingers are in no sort of form so it means our midfield is pretty much non existent, so we end up going long. Pack is always too deep, he should be collecting the ball closer to the halfway line and not our penalty area. Although we still quite often go long, I have noticed that passing it around at the back means the ball forward is more controlled, whereas before they were aimlessly lumped forward. It definitely has its benefits.

I agree Tonteg.
Morrison, Nelson and Smithies clear first choice and Harris mixed it up. Flint simply not good enough and Sol not the same as before injury. Etheridge a shot stopper on his day but lacks other qualities required. If Morrison had played we probably would have won.

Not a single player in squad for Wednesday signed by Harris but he had Bagan playing, who did superbly well, and other youngsters on the bench.

Most managers interviews repeat the same old. Warnocks certainly did. And I'm sure us not being three up at half time would have been scandalous really.

Our current position is clearly down to successive windows of shockingly bad recruitment by one of our most successful managers ever. It's a strange situation but I can't lay blame at Harris door
