2. In accordance with its clause 2.1., the transfer agreement’s validity was “conditional upon” the fulfilment of the following requirements:
“2.1.1. the player completing successfully medical examination with Cardiff City FC; (Complete)
2.1.2. FC Nantes and the Player agreeing all the terms of a mutual termination of FC
Nantes contract of employment with the Player; (Complete)
2.1.3. the mutual termination of FC Nantes contract of employment with the Player is
registered by the LFP [i.e. the French Ligue de Football Professionnel]; (Complete)
2.1.4. the LFP and the FAW [i.e. the Football Association of Wales] have confirmed to Cardiff City FC and FC Nantes that the Player has been registered as a Cardiff City FC player and that the Player’s International Transfer Certificate has been released.”(Complete)

This is also the summary which explains that Premier League registration was not part of the deal:-
41. In this respect, the members of the Bureau firstly observed that the clause at stake did not require the player’s employment contract to be registered with the Premier League as a condition precedent. What it is more, the Bureau held that it was clear that it was always the intention of Cardiff to register the player with the Premier League and that the only reason why the contract was not approved was an omission of Cardiff itself.

These are all the clauses that existed in the contract, the contract which was signed prior to his death.
All of these clauses were met prior to his death, the dates of which are also logged in the FIFA document.
Happy to provide them too if you let me know which ones you want.

They all were wez.
FIFA haven’t made these dates up, they are logged and official.
Here is the important passage that houses the dates and times:-
Following the conclusion of the transfer agreement, on 21 January 2019, at 10.00 local time in Wales, the Football Association of Wales (FAW) requested the Fédération Française de Football (FFF) to deliver the international transfer certificate (ITC) for the player. On the same day, at 17.17 local time in France, the FFF delivered the ITC for the player and, subsequently, the FAW registered the player with Cardiff in the International Transfer Matching System (ITMS). In particular, the FAW entered the registration date in the TMS and confirmed receipt of the ITC on 21 January 2019, at 17.30 local time in Wales.
8. In the night between 21 and 22 January 2019, the player tragically passed away in a plane crash across the English Channel.
So there are 4 clauses:-
1) medical complete - obviously this was done on the 18th Jan
2) terminating employment with Nantes - done on the 19th Jan
3) the above being logged with the FFF - this was done 21st Jan 17:17 France time.
4) FAW submitting it into the transfer matching system - 21st Jan 17:30 GMT
Sala died in the night between the 21st and 22nd of Jan.

They don’t have to contact Cardiff, that is not in their remit. Their role is to ratify the termination of employment and send to the FAW to commence International Clearance via the TMS. This was done on the 21st at 5.30pm Wales time.
The FAW did not confirm with Nantes.
Did not confirm what with Nantes? Nantes sent them the documents to commence International clearance. This was again done and completed at 5:30pm Wales time on the 21st. Employment was terminated on the 19th
The Ligue de Football Professional did not confirm with Nantes until 25 January.
Confirm what with Nantes? Termination was done and logged on the 19th. Nantes and FFF lodges the paperwork on the 21st which was then confirmed and completed by the FAW at 5:30pm UK time
It’s all there wez.

I can answer that.
Because I was discussing the subject on the other thread with Wez, in that discussion I told wez that I would find the bits in the document relating to the clauses (after he mistakenly thought one of the clauses was Premier League registration). However the new mod that hates me posting these bits from the contract kept deleting the posts until he eventually locked the thread.
So true to my word I provided them by creating a thread.
Pretty simple explanation right?

Do I wonder why? No, it’s obvious.
“This board” doesn’t do anything. There are two “moderators” who dislike a Swansea fan being able to hold a debate without being dragged into the safety zone of insults. In terms of popularity, I don’t think there is another single poster on this forum that gets the attention I do simply from their football thoughts alone - in fact I know there isn’t.
Yes I know that you also know why I created the thread - I just told you

You seem to have taken part of what I said, let me show you what I actually said...
“....who dislike a Swansea fan being able to hold a debate without being dragged into the safety zone of insults.”
I am able to cut through bulls*it, I am able to see things others don’t straight away and am able to put my point across is such a way that leaves little room for riposte. People don’t like that, it’s threatening. People like to be in control, yet if you are arguing against a position so strong then it rarely lends itself to the feeling of control. It’s uneasy which is why people jump straight into the insults, it’s their safety zone.
The only way people feel they can get a modicum of control is via bannings. Even then they don’t work, which leads to even more frustration. So should there ever be another Swansea fan that also laughs in the face of the people that wish to control them in debate or any other mode - I’m sure they will face the same treatment too.
I take it as a huge compliment.
