Why? Since loaning out Cunningham (for some reason!) we only have 1 LB on the books - Bennett. I know Richards can cover at LB but he is a RB and always injured!

We desperately needed a left back! Seems like a good live and on loan till the summer seems like a no brainier. Will start against reading in the cup and get some minutes and give Bennett a rest and kick up the backside. Good move for me

if hes gonna play on the wing fair enough. i'd normally agree we need a LB but we are likely to only sign a couple this widow at the most, and need players in other areas much more importantly. We have plenty who can cover and Bennett is back in some decent form after a slow start.

Bennett can't defend, he gives the opposition too much space down that left, constantly caught out of position. We needed someone to take his place, whether Brad Smith is that player remains to be seen. But at least Harris has identified a defensive weakness.

yes. signing back up or cover in January, when we should be improving the weaker points in the side, while we also have plenty of cover for an inform player who never gets injured is weird. We need a striker, we need a winger. wouldnt mind another in the middle though he wont drop pack so thats unlikely. left back would be just above goalkeeper at the bottom of my list.

Competition for Bennett can only be good and Jazz has been poor since coming back.

i think we will sign a striker by window close tomorrow, i can see it being Lee Gregory someone Harris knows well and has played well for him before however if it was upto me I'd be trting to get Hugill i think he's everything we need atm mobile can hold the ball up well bring others into play he's no slouch either and can head the ball good finisher too but just my opinion

Richards played quite well when he first came back especially against Sheffield Wednesday when injury forced us to play two wing backs but since he was torn apart at QPR he's been absolutely shocking.

Peltier has been a great servant during his time here but I'd like to see two new right backs coming in at the end of the season with Peltier and Richards moving on.
