What a shambles.
Thought it was supposed to future proof the site, move us forward, blah blah. Obviously a cheaper option than Ticketmaster.
Trying to buy a single ticket for my littlest lad to join us. Could they make the experience any more difficult?! The site is full of bugs, don't they test these things out before letting them go live?
Hopefully someone at the club will read this. Anyone else had any issues?

It's not great mate is it. I don't think you're along in suffering issues hopefully they can get ironed out sooner rather than later

I keep getting the following error - must be no more than 10 characters long on address line 2 and address line 3.... really, how many addresses have a village over 10 charachters including spaces
Makes it awkward to buy a ticket , only way I can do it is to take the space out of Kenfig Hill... god help you if you live in the likes of Ystrad Mynach - 13 character as it includes the space

Had the exact same error. Both my town and street are longer than that. Had to get creative inputting the address. Fingers crossed the ticket gets here!
Was the website made in 1998? Looks as far from a modern site as I've seen. I've seen better school Computing projects.

Write your complaints direct to Cardiff city, it's the only way it will get changed.

Its rank rotten,i contacted the ticket office expressing my concerns and my opinion,they refused to accept theres a problem,and told me that they had only received positive feedback!
CCFC have gone back to the dark ages here,making it more difficult to buy tickets,to see a poor team.

Ordered a ticket for my mate for an away game, definitely put his address in (I know for certain as the auto-address finder work - kept South Glamorgan for an address in En*land) and it still turned up at my house hundreds of miles away

I got my ticket for tuesday and there was people in ticket office complaining about the website sending out diff seat numbers to what was booked I checked my reading ticket last sat to what I booked and that was different too lol the blonde gal serving adamant site works fine

but positive feedback ? from who, its nowhere near as good as the previous one .

Just a bit of an update here.After negotiating the prehistoric site,i booked a ticket for last night.turned up at 6.30 to collect,and they did not have my ticket.Unbelievable.I had to queue in the ticket office for a reprint.
Didn't we have a supporters trust?They should be all over this.

I'd like to think they are. Maybe someone who's a member can give them a nudge please?
The last site was excellent such a shame.
I sent a polite email to the club. Of course there was no reply.
Anyone else had any issues? The more examples we can give them the better chance of change.
