BREAKING " CARDIFF CITY GOALKEEPER LEAVES "

Goalkeeper Joe Day has today joined AFC Wimbledon on loan until the end of the 2019/20 League One season.

Joe has made two competitive appearances for the Bluebirds since joining from Newport County in June 2019.

We'd like to wish Joe all the best during his time away from Cardiff City Stadium.

Hope they've had the sense to put in a recall in case we get bid for NE !!

Bobby Reid has made his move to Fulham from Cardiff City permanent. Bluebirds paid around £8.5m and sold for around £10m, so stand to make a £1.5m profit.



Four players have left Cardiff so far. Armand Traore and Brian Murphy have not had their contracts extended, Ciaron Brown has gone on loan to Livingston, plus Madine's exit and gone on a Free to Blackpool with Cardiff settling with Madine. There is potential for Cameron Coxe and Mark Harris to be sent out on loan.

is he out for the season.. it was 2 months originally

Good luck to him, and fingers crossed he can prove Harris wrong and start him for next season on good form

This isn't just a pointless signing moving on.

Its also no one coming in for either of our other keepers which I imagine is what the club wanted in either the summer or this January window.

George ratcliffe, He is currently on loan to barry town. He is rated very highly.

Smithies was going to brum on loan at the start of the season but Etheridge got injured against Wigan during the first game. Surprised no one came in for either of them this window though given that it was quite clear they were available to leave. I'd imagine one of them will be gone in the summer.
