Latest interview :bluebird:

NEIL HARRIS:

"Adding to the group, I'll say it again, it's a fantastic squad on paper and a big squad full of quality, they just need time to play my way.”

"I work with them every day and they are a good squad. It's about getting the best out of them and having variety.”

"You need variety in your group and we are just trying to add support and variety to the group we've got already and that's the aim of the window, to keep trying to add to the group up until January 31, because it's a long second half of the season."

Fed up of listening to him now its the same every time he speaks ....this squad is pretty much the same one that was in the premier and we cant even get back to back wins which in this league is massive as you can move a good few places ,cant score enough goals to finish off a game ,its a joke and he hasnt got a clue.we are dreadful .

6 of the 12 that played the most last season have left . Sol, Mozza , Etheridge , Patterson have all missed chunks.

All the hate is so unnecessary.
In my opinion Harris has real potential if given time and some realism from our fickle fan base.
Warnock reunited us(FOREVER GRATEFUL). The prem run was great, even though we were bottom feeders relying scrappy goals the last 5mins of games after chasing shadows for 85mins.
Then we found ourselves back in the stupidly competitive championship, hadn't won a single away game, playing dog shite football, players lost interest, no formula or ideas going forward and a bench full of dead wood on 30k a week.

Harris had a huge task ahead of him for a young English manager.
But he jumped in at the deepend with the right mentality and intelligence. He's trying to bring structure in at every department. The man's thorough in the way he handles his businesses, knows what he wants and has a clear vision for a club that has real potential but needs time to re-stabilise it self, build a solid foundation and a superb fan base that needs to take their blinkers off and get behind our team like we used to pre CCS.

I miss the unconditional support, the chanting all game, the comedy and realness.

Very well said. Too many haters with no realistic plan B that wouldn't break the finances. No one can change a club in 14 games. Despite all that Warnock did for us he left us in a bit of a mess. Too many overpaid players who cost us too much in the first place. Massive task ahead for Harris. Impressed with how he's handling it so far.
