I strongly disagree.
As you know, Cunningham is out for the season, so he doesn't even enter into the equation. Jazz Richards has looked every inch a player who has spent more time wearing carpet slippers in recent years than he has lacing up a pair of football boots.
Joe Bennett is nowhere near the best in this league! He constantly gets caught out of position, ball watches and just generally gives the opposition too much space down that left. We need a left-back who will come in and push Bennett out of the starting eleven; the same for the right-back position as well.

There are not many better than Bennett in this league , that is why they are in this league because they are good but not great.
He has been held back by Warnock for 3 years and now Harris has released him to go forward hes looked great last 2 games and shown how good he is.
Cunningham will be back and if we sign another then we will have 3 left backs at the end of the season which is a waste of money. Better off holding out and waiting for cunningham to be fit we have cover if anything happens to Bennett. Richard's, Nelson and Bacuna could all play there temporarily if needed.
It would be a waste of money to sign a left back now when we are desperate in other areas.
A 6 month cheap loan wouldnt be bad but we dont need a permanent player

Cardiff City defender Joe Bennett has called for manager Neil Harris to sign another left-back to create competition within the squad.
WalesOnline were reporting from Cardiff’s pre-match press conference ahead of a trip to Birmingham, where the left-back issued his message to the manager.
Bennett said: “Greg went out on loan, I’ve been the only left back really.
“It’s right that we get another left back in for competition for me really. It’s good for me and helps me raise my game so I don’t mind if the manager buys a left back.”
The 29-year-old has been the only senior left-back at The Cardiff City Stadium this season and he has made 27 appearances, with Greg Cunningham being loaned out to Blackburn Rovers before suffering an Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury, ruling him out for the rest of the season.
