Let's be honest guys

Wed Jan 15, 2020 4:42 pm

In my opinion it's mid table for us this season.
We have an average championship squad with an average championship manager, complete lack of strikers, a midfield that's getting run ragged week in week out !!! I've seen more passion in my nans goldfish than what I've seen from this lot.

Jerks down the road signing young hungry players with a point to prove from the likes of liverpool and Chelsea on loan, we have a german donkey upront and play worse hoofball than when Warnock was here.

Praying it's going to change but I'm not holding my breath :banghead:

They 100% have not.
Let’s face it if it wasn’t for Warnock we’d be fucked right now.
This transfer committee has brought us
Ole
Slade
Trollope
And now Neil Harris.

Getting a manager right 1 in 5 is not good enough.

Can we even say this transfer committee has a policy when signing players?

Or do we sign any old shit to plug the gaps if the price is right?

If it wasn't for Warnock, we may have had a better squad when he left too  agree with you wez, most successful time indeed, but it seems some fans will go on hating tan, never able to forgive him etc etc, conveniently forgetting that without him,we would probably not have seen Warnock, unless he wanted to manage a non league side  and regardless of their wishes for him to f@ck off, there isn't some mystery billionaire waiting in the wings to buy us :? We've had our luck, with tan getting involved, better the devil you know and all that.even when he does decide to leave,I believe he is a man of his word, and will, not leave us in the shit. :old: :bluebird:

I’m not hating tan I’m not saying he should leave I’m saying they can not make any decent footballing decisions.

Two bad attempts at staying in the premier league isn’t anything to be proud of.

Even Huddersfield managed to stay up for one season ffs!

really so who would the imaginary magician manager who lives in Camelot have signed...?
we went up when nobody expected { because no one thought our players good enough } and when we got there we strengthened with championship players...that's what we could afford .. this season 7 left and the budget to replace was 15 mill ffs..thats less than we actually got for reid and zohore…so logic, common sense should then tell you it was a downgrade.
it is what it is and if tan doesn't want to spend well that's life.. but lets not pretending Warnock blew a war chest to improve the team but failed..it was fill half a dozen spots for the price of 2 players { and neither are superstars }

Do you know what I think should of happened both times we went up ? I think we should of replace warnock and malky with experienced premiership managers but I bet the fans would if gone mad if we done that

Fans writing us off after 5 minutes today when a match lasts 90. Fans writing us off in the league with 18 games to go while we are just 6 points short of the play offs. While I have never thought us good enough for a top 6 finish this season, it is way too early to write us off completely. As others have said today, if we can get a half decent striker in, who knows?

We are falling further from the playoffs every week that goes by. Let’s just aim for 50 points and prepare for a tough season next time out
