Only replying to the first name, Jed Wallace is worth at least £10M lots of premier sides looking at him!

By the way, I don't mean sign all of them, I'm just suggesting players who would improve our team, and would probably be within our price range.

To be honest, I thought he would have been around £6m myself, but three transfer market sites all showed him at £1.8m.?

I’d definitely take Connor Chaplin if we could get him anywhere near the price you’ve valued him. Other than that I’m not sure. I’ll be honest and say I’ve not seen Eisa play so wouldn’t know what he’s like.

All of the above player values have been taken from a combination of three separate transfer market value sites at 5pm on Monday.

Maybe our transfer committee need to start looking at these sites before we get tucked up yet again with our next signing.

I wouldn’t take those sites as gospel. Obviously in January their values are increased. But you also have the added value of if a player is currently playing consistently for his current club they are going to ask for more than his market value as they need to replace them. Also if there’s a lot of interest in a player the price will increase. There’s all sorts of factors that come in to it really.

Yes, that's all very true, but I can't help thinking of how much better our team would be if we did get 2 or 3 of these players in . They would still cost much less than the ridiculously over inflated prices we paid for the very average players who we were told would give us a squad to take us into the top two.
A little bit of managed ambition could bring a massive return to our club.

The fact of the matter is that we have too big a squad, also very dysfunctional, thanks to the last three or four transfer windows. Players have to leave first,,, players on big fat contracts have to be moved on,,,, & that's not easy.
I cant see much happening this January regarding player movement. I do expect an end of season clear out though.

Yes that's spot on, but how frustrating is it knowing that it wouldn't take a fortune to turn our season around !

maybe you need to stop looking.
not sure our committee would get on turning up at the den and saying we know you've been offered 8 mill but how about we give you 2 mill like it says on the site run by 2 12 year olds..
