Anyone notice Pack and Tomlin fighting?

Mon Jan 13, 2020 12:22 pm

Anyone see Pack & Tomlin fighting during the game yesterday, particularly in the first half? To the point where they got head to head and Tomlin pushed Pack away from him aggressively. From what I could gather looking at it it seemed Pack put Tomlin under pressure twice in the space of 30 seconds and the second time Tomlin lost the ball because Pack gave it to him in a stupid position (Pack seemed to enjoy putting our players under unnecessary pressure yesterday) and Tomlin had some words to him and Pack obviously stuck up for himself and it got heated. Carried on throughout the game with little niggles here and there too.

Pack is pretty slow on the ball and always takes 3 or 4 more touches than he needs to. Bacuna is the same. It is frustrating to watch as a fan so must be worse as a player - especially if you are in a good position and dont get the ball or if a pass puts you under a pressure. Good to see a bit of passion in the players - as long as it stays on the pitch.

I agree re Pack.
Think they’re mates so no major problem.

Passionate. Good thing to see. Plus they've known each other for years. So 100% over thinking it.

I agree and something which was so obviously missing in October although I'm not sure what calling a concrete structure names has anything to do with this thread :?

Well if the content of this forum is not to your liking you know where the door is. No one forced you on here. Is that constructive enough for you?
