Time for Murphy to be moved on,no where near the level he should be,and he’s not done much all season

Tend to agree. Thought he went at Roberts today. Done him twice.

Murphy has been poor since relegation and it can affect people in all ways.

In a quite boring affair he came on a looked different class, and he should be.

For me ,we all and Warnock concentrated on things he doesn't do well, track back, defending, tackling. But, he should be excused those tasks as he is an out and out offensive player. He should be our furthest forward player, rarely tracking back.

We need to roll the dice and start winning games. Murphy is our man. Jones did it with Whitts in the early days

Get someone attack minded to partner Tomlin in midfield and free up Murphy

I thought Murphy did well for the time he was on today, he created the chance for Paterson that hit the bar. I was willing him to run at Connor Roberts more as he had him on toast. When he was on form last year there were not many full backs that could defend against his pace and dribbling. He does seem to love drifting in to the center so I wonder if he could play as a 9 for us. We’d have to play on the ground then though I suppose. I really do think he has a big part to play for us for the rest of the season :bluescarf:

You see what he can do when he runs up the wing, trouble is he is not doing it very much our players are ready to give him the ball but he comes inside instead of up mthe wing

I was hoping for a double change at HT, Murphy and Richards on for Whyte & Peltier. We offered a threat down the left most of the game with Bennett overlapping and getting in behind and offering on other occasions. Nothing down the right whatsoever, Whyte didn't once try to take Naughton on and Peltier gets a nosebleed if he gets in the last third.
Leaves us hopelessly lopsided.
