BRINGING IN THE YOUTH

Fri Jan 10, 2020 10:32 pm

We As A Club Have Got Great Players But With The Idea Of The Youth Coming In I Think That We Need To Start Playing Some Of The So They Get Off Well In The Next Season. So I Was Thinking Replacing Peltier With Coxe Because Of The Age Of Pelts. I Know What You All Are Thinking, Why Switch Pelts Who Has Been Solid For Us For A Longtime With A Youngster Who Has Yet To Start Or Feature In A League Game.

Well We Need To Be Looking At Youngsters To Build A Young Team With Huge Potential Such As Coxe Of Course. But Others Such As Brown Who Can Cover For Bennett. And Bolger Who Is Loaned In Our Team And Yet To Feature.

I Mean We Have Yet To See Joe Day Get Given A Chance In The League And Thats Credit To Etheridge.

What Do YOU Guys Think? Should Cardiff Bring In The Youngsters More In League Games To Look To The Future? Or Should The Team Stick With The More Experienced Players?

Sam.

A genuine question.

Why do you persist with this really weird habit of using a capital letter at the beginning of every single word you post?
Lots of people have pointed this out to you still do it all the time.

We've got a good batch coming through. But they are still too young. 14s and up.

There's a couple in the dev team. But just aren't first team quality as of yet. Its rare to see a side have such a good crop of youngsters. So for us to have a couple knocking on the door is promising. But just aren't at the level needed yet.

Should be thinking about George Ratcliffe not Joe Day if pushing youth.

Lets hope the next ten years brings more out of the Academy to our first team than the last ten years.

You have to take your hat off to Chelsea and Liverpool for managing to get playing time on loan for their youngsters who are now making their first teams better.

However there’s some backwards numbskull posters that wouldn’t be happy with these types of loans on other threads. Crazy

This guy never answers .... Very weird person.

The case of Coxe is he’s not deemed good enough. Why should we pick these players just because they’re young?
