Don’t get him started, that chase into the sea has him furious all these years later.

Seems to have changed in his mind into chasing children and even said it was instigated due to sexual interest in pre pubescent children. God knows what goes on on his mind, scary really

No I didn’t. This is a fantasy created in your head in order to deal with it. Just like all the other stories about Swansea, Millwall or Bristol getting one over on you - they magically turn into “children” :laughing6:

What do you mean go on and on and on about it? The only time we do it or it is mentioned is when we play you, for the reactions that you just gave, it clearly riles you.

Alan Tate and Lee Trundle are both Swansea fans and have settled in the area will their families. Pratley has a great connection to the club and it’s fans and was a big part of the promotion winning side in which our rivalry was part of. Woodman I imagine was just trying to wind you up - successfully it seems. :laughing6:

We haven’t because our ground won’t hold that many.

What was the attendance anyway?

Dogfound, I see you deleted your post of ''build a bigger ground''.

My response to that is... why?

Not everyone cares how many people can fit in a ground. Match-day spend is a tiny fraction of income these days.

I would much rather we spend our money on the academy and our first team to enable us to stay in the Premier League for 7 seasons, have some top half finishes, win a major trophy and get to the knock-out stages of Europe. Thankfully that is exactly what we did.

21,108 against Bristol..
the Vetch held more than that.. 1982/83 top flight season you averaged 11k ..ELEVEN.
now there are a number of things you and dumber could be on here arguing about but ridiculing a 21k crowd shouldnt be one of them..

im not bigging our crowds up either btw...just pointing out how dumb it is to go on a better supported clubs message board with that stupidity..

That’s almost 40 years ago. Football has moved on since then, as have the fanbase. You were getting crowds of 3k since then (THREE).

21k against your so called bitter rivals isn’t good, let’s face it. We also both know that you can probably take 10-15% off that figure as ST’s are counted regardless and many were bought with the chance of it being a PL season ticket. Many of your fans openly admit it.

I couldnt give a monkeys about crowds, just pointing out facts.

Was it the same fixture that you are posting updates on hoping to get to capacity for the first time this season?

yes 40 years ago....THATS THE POINT..you have to go back 40 YEARS to find a Swansea attendance bigger than the one this pea brain that your defending has attempted ridicule .
real Swansea fans would cringe...you do not because your not a jack so therefore not embarrassed .
and if you don't give a monkeys about crowds why you on the thread

I’m not defending anybody, just saying it how it is.

As I said, there are capacity restraints so it’s a bit of a moot point.

Gotta be honest tho roathie. The swim away chant is shit. I know I have a biased view on it but it is cringe. I dont care if you chased a few of our fans some years back. I'm quite happy in the knowledge that I support the bigger better club. Most of your fans who do the gesture probably weren't even old enough to go to games alone back then

Can you point to where I have detailed it or any other thread?

People derailing a thread by replying to me with off topic nonsense isn’t me derailing a thread remember. So in order to back your claim you will need to find repeated instances of me going into a thread and posting not in keeping with the topic.

Off you go. Best of luck on your quest :thumbright:

That isn’t you being honest though is it, hence the reason you have to compensate and convince yourself you are “bigger and better” even though facts and common sense clearly dictate otherwise. I don’t ever feel the need to out of the blue say we are bigger and better... because I truly am safe in that knowledge.
