Tend to agree. I was always a Camarasa fan...but not sure the club will splash out on what he'd cost in wages and loan fees (Crystal's Palace will want to be rid of their commitments and Real Betis will want to regain theirs)

With Tan not around we can certainly forget signing him. Never had any other owner who has been prepared to bankroll the club to the extent Tan has. We are fortunate he is not selling everything not nailed down when you consider how much he has written off.

As I have said before, the first owner who has pumped serious cash into this business since I started following the club back in the 1960's. I can't think of any previous owner who I would swap for Tan. Rick Wright did his best, but he had nowhere near the sort of cash that Tan has. Fans will only realise this when he sells up, probably to someone who will strip the club to the bone in an attempt to make a quick buck.

You would think a punt probably with us paying only half his wages with palace would be do able until the season end, it’s not that long a time and could be the difference we need to scrape the playoffs. Probably wouldn’t even cost 300 grand? Look at how much we have wasted in the meantime ffs....
