Gone to Livingston on loan until the end of the season.

Should have kept him here and given him game time particulary as none of our 4 cbs having been preforming in recent games.

Why do people keep saying shit like this.

Anytime we loan a youngster out it’s we should of just played him.

Well maybe he’s not ready to be played at this level.

It's a smart move by him and the club. He needs a season at that level whilst he develops and gets used to a long season. He should then come back and go to a league 1 or lower championship club for a season before he takes Bambas place in the squad in two years time.

He's out of contract at the end of this season so I expect him to be released then. He's 22 now and it's been with us for about 2 years since signing from Wealdstone and played just one cup game, and has four others ahead of him in the pecking order.

Ciaron Browns contract is until summer 2021 with option to extend
As not ready yet no one knows but Livingston want him for longer than just the loan period
As for getting ready for a long season he played in Conference South, more games, travelling on day to all games, travelling to training
Came up the hard way not academy

Well it also makes perfect sense. We have a very highly rated young centre back who is already a international but needs experiance. We would be stupid to let him go especially with Bamba coming to the end of his career. Brown is a perfect age for his replacement just needs the experiance.
Can see him and Nelson being our centre back pairing in 2 years time

You are quite strange
I'm saying hes a talented kid and no you are right he is not good enough yet that's why going on loan for a bit would be good for him

Because I have watched plenty of him and he is more than ready he will end up being another in the long list of young players we let go without giving him a chance only for him to end up playing for someone equal or better than us and showing. How stupid we were to let him go. We keep bro gong through decent young players only to not play them and instead spend millions on average players. Brown is already every bit as good as Flint we would have been better off promoting him to the first team and not wasting the millions on Flint this summer.

How do you know he isn’t have you watched him in many games? Because I have and he easily as good as our 4 options for CB we have and crucially 2 of them are over 30.

Re: " Ciaron Brown "

Have watched him since he came to Cardiff
Far better than Flint ever will be
Neil Warnock signed Flint who knows why????
Ciaron played a part in all preseason games in US and Canada as well as at home
No Sol to start, so played someone who turns as quick as an oil tanker

No I haven’t seen him play but at 22 he’s deemed not good enough by consecutive Cardiff City managers at this moment in time.
That’s good enough for me to agree with them and not a fan and his opinion.

I’d like to know this long list of young players who have gone on to better things.

better than flint will ever be ?

so playing 178 out of the last 194 possible championship games for Johnson, harris, pulis and Warnock who collectively have managed 3000 lge games is trumped by watching a few under 23 games.. :?

If we are looking for someone who would fit in nicely with the style of football we are currently playing, perhaps we should be taking a look at Dan Biggar.
