At least they took a nice hammering too.

Hopefully with the right team selection and actual commitment and fight from the players we will beat the average Jacks team next week.

Wonder if they'll be so precious and ask for their manager to be sacked

When any team loses 5-1 or by a similar score you'll get fans calling for the manager to be sacked!

A Swansea fan told me recently that many are unhappy with Cooper and no doubt today's result won't have improved their mood.

Have a look on Planet Swans and see what they're saying about him.

No shot on target 1st half apparently! And for all the people saying how much better they are than us we've scored around 6 more goals than them? So can see why may not happy..

I'm sure it's being suggested that if they if they lose to us next week that'll be Cooper gone

QPR results for last six games.
Swansea 5-1 win
Cardiff 6-1 win
Hull 1-2 lost
Reading 1-0 lost
Charlton 2-2 draw
Barnsley 5-3 lost
It would seem to be more than a coincidence that we both have tossers for managers.

So our match is a nil nil certainty then

Us and the Jerks are terrible teams. Other Championship seasons we'd both be in a relegation battle, luckily it's a very poor Division this year. Next Sunday will gloss over the poor quality of the sides whoever wins, hopefully it will be us.

I love the fact nobody has mentioned the fact we had 1 (yes one) of our regular starting team playing

I would have been incredibly shocked had it not been a battering.

We beat them 3-1 at their place earlier in the season when we had our real team out. :thumbright:

They only got 12,000 against you in the league though so that’s still 55%+ regular fans turned up.

Your attendance was 20% of what you claim to be your regular attendance.

My point is exactly how I described.

People are using a defeat for our reserves against QPR to compare to your 6-1 league defeat as a yard-stick to state that your score doesn’t look as bad. Also using the result as a door to show how our first team isn’t very good.

We are averaging 2 points per game over the last 5 games and find ourselves in the top 6. To use this result as a way of judging our first team when only 1 of them was in the starting line up is hilarious, comes across as very nervy and desperate :laughing6:

And wonder how many 1st team did they play? But its irrelevant as people just look at score ! And we are in draw they're not! And it shows they dont have much below 1st 11....:old:

You were playing a team made up mostly of QPR’s reserve players including the fact that two out of their usual deadly front 3 were not playing against you.

Our players were pathetic in that game v QPR zero commitment or fight just as they were away to you earlier in the season. If the players actually turn up with fight next week shouldn’t be too difficult a game as you are just a bang average midtable championship club with an inflated position because of your awesome start in the first 6 games.

I didn’t say QPR didn’t play a weakened side. I am making the point that we were. Our second string is incredibly young and inexperienced and aren’t anywhere close to being fielded as a starting 11 in the league, so to put our reserve side as a barometer to mark results against your first team is bizarre.

You cannot selectively choose runs of form and isolate them as to how you want us to be described. If you are to look at form in a way it has relevance then recent form is more telling, of which we have picked up 10 points from a possible 15 in our last matches

Doesn’t matter how many QPR first team players played. My point has nothing to do with QPR.

My point was (and still is) that it shows the state of things when you are comparing your first teams results against our reserve team results and thinking things aren’t that bad because our reserves did slightly better than your first team :laughing6:

Swansea City lost 5-1 to QPR end of discussion.
