Harris needs to go or certain players?

I've been one of Harris' biggest critics, especially with recent performances.
However, I'm starting to think it might well be some of the players more than anything.
It's well known, a massive part of the team has been ripped out and not been replaced adequately.
What's everyone else thinking? Harris or the players?

My money would be on players going First

To be honest, the players look Warnock worn! 3 seasons of battling has taken its toll, the prem finished them off,they look mentally fatigued, perhaps it's part of the reason for so many under performing? We over achieved to get promoted inf we are honest,the players were willing to run through the proverbial brick wall to achieve it,I think Harris has seen now for himself,certain players need a fresh challenge? Surely that means some of the 1st team regulars? He has his work cut out! But I tend to agree, if I'm honest,he wasn't who I would have liked as manager,but I do feel he is under no illusions(if he was) that there has to be significant changes,both in the window now,and in the summer.whilst Warnock did amazing things here,he knew he had wrung the guts out of this squad,could see he was having no effect with them any longer,so decided to "step down" yes the club is more united,but squad wise,he dropped whoever took his place,deep in the shit from the offset of their appointment

Harris will be backed and the players will be, or at least try to be, replaced over a couple of transfer windows.

I'll explain my view of things,if you consider it to be slating Warnock just for the sake of it,I'm afraid that's not the case,in my past posts I have praised the way he united the club,got behind the players 99% of the time.when I said Warnocked out,I meant the running through brick wall attitude that got them to the prem,then the prem struggle,and ultimate failure to stay up,has had an effect on the players that were in the team/squad,and are still here,they to me look jaded,and I know relegation must be a bitch to get over, but they don't look a fraction of the players they had been,I hope this clarifies,my so called slating of Warnock, the very 1st time I posted he should perhaps leave, was the jack game.but in my opinion,he left as he knew he had done as much as he could,with what was his squad.I have even been know to defend him when certain fans derided his character regards the sala issue.and supposed back handers.I will say again,he was a hero for squeezing the guts out of his players,to achieve a highly unlikely promotion to the top table,I doff my cap to him for that,but he has hardly left the squad in a better place to me,club yes.he said he was leaving a squad capable of promotion,what happened then? thing is, we went up last time punching above our weight..its only a very small percentage that don't see that and hardly anyone at all who doesn't support CCFC.. so promotion would more or less be the same.. lacking in quality and a budget nowhere near bridging the gap...the squad he left ffs.. he never had a squad brimming with quality , we were not Wolves or Fulham. what we had was a way to win.. and when you have 3 big players leave for nothing another 3 for fees and the fees for 3 now have to cover 6 .chuck in a few injuries and yes its going to take time.. I hope Harris can find a way too because we aint going to be playing teams off the park with a few 2mill and 4 mill players even if Tan allowed him to spend that's for sure.

Same thing has happened to Tottenham and look at their players and the new manager. A few of there games have been just like ours, just nothing really happening

Cant argue with what Warnock accomplished but i think its a bigger rebuild needed then most of us expected. They talk was we need 2 or 3 new players, now it looks the case of 7 or 8.

I maybe could have been a bit clearer a bit sooner,but that's is how I see it,just my view on the current malaise amongst the squad,nothing more,my hope is Harris can get some nnew faces in this window,and get more of his kind of player (whatever that may be)but thanks for the kind words.not here to argue with FELLOW supporters.
