I feel we all thought we had a decent squad to challenge top 6 this season and on paper we have.. I just feel harris has hit the nail on the head when saying some players need to leave to have a fresh start.. we need fresh blood now too much dead wood. I think the summer will bring some big changes

At the end of last season I definitely thought if we kept the same team and replaced last years loanees with 2 or 3 premier league youngsters on loan we would go straight back up

Unfortunately we did neither and are nowhere near promotion contenders

its not the squad mate. its people slaughtered Warnock so now they want to double down on it...
but yes lots of managers have turned things around ,including NW here...
Harris is here so we have to support him.. but that doesn't change the fact the football is a mish mash where we only really seem in control for small periods..

God knows! pick any any available manager and no garauntee he would fair better or worse even than NH? I am not for changing him that's for sure despite performances and way we play... he certainly needs the chance of summer window and then see how it goes harsh to judge him on players we have because NW wanted squad players rather than players to play football on ground?

As has been said, we lost two quality loans, two quality players in Gunnar and Manga that had proved themselves in a promotion season and Reid who we bought for the season after we got relegated. And had Bamba out injured long term. That's half a side.

Not one of our recruits has any pedigree whatsoever at the top end of the championship. Flint no, Bacuna no, Vaulks no. Let alone those brought in from lower leagues.

Bacuna played over 100 games for villa a lot of them were in the premier league
