For me, Harris has not got command of that dressing room and we are on the slide. I've said it before but next weeks game really is make or break for him. I don't want to hear about a performance, Harris needs a result. Unfortunately, I not only fear defeat but actually being humiliated.

Harris was just left a complete turd of a squad, one that sadly Warnock was quite proud to leave behind. And as sir Neil spent all the money Harris is now nothing but a fall guy for the previous manager who walked away before it could get any worse. Despite a few happy clappers believing we are mustard and the cream of the championship, the sad fact is, we are worse than crap, poor squad with a poor playing style. Harris has actually done well to get some results and if he can get a draw next Sunday he will go down as a hero in my book.

I agree the squad is slow and imbalanced but we should not be being battered by QPR and struggling to beat a weak division 2 side at home. The team look lethargic and start slowly in so many games, That comes down to Harris and his ability to motivate. If we lose next week, he'll never recover. I will not class a draw at home as being a hero either.

He’s obviously motivated the squad to get some pretty decent results prior to last week. You can only do so much with a squad this bad. And as for not taking a draw, it’s better than having a double done over us, if he can avoid that, he will have done well.

a squad this bad is not what Harris said...in fact he said the opposite.. and isn't the only one to say it .. its only on message boards you get these wild OTT comments . you don't have to pay money for poor players because their clubs release them..

Harris isn’t going to say he’s inherited a poor squad is he? He’s done well with it but it’s still
A poor squad.

It's not a poor squad
It's a squad that has taken roughly £80million to assemble and has only just come down from the premier league.
Our "2nd string team" today cost over £25million and was added to second half by a £6million striker.
Not many teams in this league can say that.
The squad is good the mindset is shite
