Call ticket office and use option for commercial dept that put you through to hospitality people .... suspect to late to send out do probably need pick up from gate 3 by ticket office

Cheers Pembroke - been on the phone most of the day - either goes to silence when I press a number option or they don’t answer at all. I’ll keep trying
