New club ticketing site

Hi everyone. Has anyone used the club's new ticket site?

Just bought tickets for Carlisle on my mobile and it's woeful - from choosing your seat to attaching Fan ID to the tickets, it's not straightforward to use and seems like a real downgrade on the old eticketing site (which I believe most Championship clubs use).

Why have the club made this change and why is it so bad?

Fully agree with you. Another poor decision made within the club currently making lots of them!
