Needs to go slow and ponderous the worst signing we’ve made for years.
Terrible terrible player.

Are you talking about their first goal ?
If so it was Bamba who got beaten for that.
Same as it was him and Jazz who were done for the 2nd and Bacuna and Pack lost our 2 on 1 for the third
Flint fucked up for the 6th, but by then the damage was done.
Still- why not blame him, even though he’s been excellent last few weeks.

well it was a header that's for sure but he wasn't beaten in the air. when that came back Flint was behind Naki it wasn't like it was an aerial duel , I felt Pack should have been attacking it and not retreating to the line...but it was shocking all over , Flint really wasn't our worse performer, there were 11

Ite harder for a big centre back like flint to beat a small quick striker like Wells in the air. High balls Flint wins all day but when they are whipped in at head height then Flint is second best purely due to pace and reactions. Great play by QPR finding a weakness and attacking it.

I think the point is Flints reaction times are too slow. A physical presence such as his is all well when aerial balls are being defended but the game on the championship has moved on and, at the current time at least, it's balls to feet and quick nimble strikers we are defending, unsuccessfully against. I agree all day long that back four need better protection from what's in front of them but our goals against clearly demonstrate we have issues.

im aware of the point made....a midget beat a giant IN THE AIR....nowhere near the truth..criticise yes but how about fairly... singling anyone out for yesterday, especially the FIFTH goal isn't fair either..
now someone wants to turn it into something totally different...no mate...and this game as moved on..no it aint . if your watching fast nimble players zipping passes around our big center halves your taking something I wouldn't mind having some of myself ,the last 3/4 home games have been dire to watch as spectacles...

Whilst the last few home games have been dire, the style of football played against us has not been long aerial balls to 6'3" target man/men. Opposition have been as shit as us but they have been trying to play football.
I've not jumped to criticise Flint on the back of QPR, I've not been convinced for a while and our record speaks for itself.
Hes not Manga, Hudson or even Ben Turner and we will need better if we aspire to be in play off contention.
One of Sir Neils favourites which I go along with is how important both penalty areas are and as a defender Flint needs to be better in ours.
