Couldn't agree more, he walked out knowing the squad wasn't good enough.
Harris has to change 70% of the playing squad which is going to take years.

At least he changed it; something Warnock wouldn’t / couldn’t have done.

Whilst I agree that Warnocks signings have been poor, he has hardly left us in a similar state. On the playing side the bulk of the side that went up on 90 points is still there. On the financial side we must have made a profit last year and have 80 million in Parachute payments to come, a large amount of which Tan seems to be earmarking to pay himself back.

I don't think Warnock would have lost the game 6-1 tho

You missed the whole point of the post. Harris has set up the team to start the game and then had to change it during the game eight times. It had nothing to do with injuries or suspensions. For example:
* in two games the opposition played with a diamond formation in midfield and the player at the top of the diamond had a benefit.
* at Brentford they played out wide with two players each side hugging the touchline and it was 2 against 1 each time they attacked down both wings. No change was made until 60 mins when we went 442.
* two games we played with one striker when the opposition played 352 ... etc
In each game we have played a rigid 4411, apart from the QPR game when we played 352. Presumably bringing in Bamba was more important a consideration than setting up to counter QPR's 4231. The simplest way to have done that would have been to have gone 4321 against their 4231.

Bamba was already near the end of his career during that promotion season, he still had decent pace and reactions, we are now 2 years later, I doubt he’s the same.
Hoilett was probably at his prime in his first and second season, but again, age slows players down, and Hoiletts been a little bit lacklustre recently too, often struggling to beat his man at times.
Most people I’ve spoke to about Paterson seem to think he looks a little heavier than our promotion season, and actually looks a lot slower too, so that’s probably a factor in why he hasn’t convinced in his appearances this season yet.
Peltier is also 2 years older (and he wasn’t a young buck in that promotion season) so again, the age factor.
Ralls has been injured since he scored a hat trick (so just imagine how better our midfield would be with him ahead of pack for example)
Madine didn’t score and still can’t

The only player who’s improved since that season is Tomlin who is probably at his prime right now since he’s lost that weight and getting a run in the team.
You’re also forgetting that our promotion season had the main players of Bruno, Gunnarson, Zohore starting most games too
