I need to criticise Flint more often

I should criticise Flint more often because every time I feel like he had a bad game I always share my frustration and simply say it how it is. However, in the last few weeks whenever I’ve slagged Flint off he becomes as solid as ever the following game.

I agree mate. I thought he was very good today.

He can be good but feels like a mistake is never far away. Certain games he's excellent.

I'd try and move him on.
