I feel for Neil Harris, has inherited a lot of dead wood from Warnock ,and then gets slated for adopting similar tactics,you can only work with what you have,maybe the lights been switched on for him,regarding his squad,has had to try out them all during the season,a hard task when fans want instant change..and few have shone for him so far,I'm hoping we can get a couple of players in January, who are nailed on starters a defender and a box to box midfielder.

There is nothing in Harris's managerial career to suggest that he was going to overhaul our way of playing in a positive way. At millwall he played boring hoof ball so I doubt we'll see much of a change whether hes given 6 months or 6 years.
