Madine

Had always thought that he felt isolated here and didn’t get on that well with the other lads based on the promotion celebrations etc, but in Glatzel’s interview it seems I was wrong.

Seems like Neil Harris has revitalised the players behind the scenes as well as results wise

No team comes back like that without team spirit and we seem to have it by the bucket load

There definitely is a team spirit. For that we should be very grateful as it counts for a lot. Doesn't entirely make up for the quality we lack but goes a long way.

There certainly seems to be a greater sense of together-ness after recent games, since Harris has come in. Almost like the national team I find, they all look like they genuinely want to play with and for each other. Hopefully we can improve this even more with the transfer market looming

Well with the most likely chance of being slated on here.........

Our last manager made enough noise about singling people out and always picking favourites. Which can't help with team spirit.

It’s fair to say that a new manager bounce comes about partly because all players get a clean slate and as a result chances that may not have been forthcoming previously (Vaulks, Madine etc). Harris’ true test will be keeping the same spirit once he has his preferred starting eleven

if any manager picked favourites their career wouldn't last very long. why on earth would you not pick the team you think has the best chance....it might not be the team you or I might pick but we don't study the opposition in detail...have fitness reports.. see the players in training .. or have the experience.
doesn't happen at any level... not even reserve parks...

Spot on,but veering of topic slightly, did anyone else notice Glatzel after he had scored, didn't seem to know what to do,go to the fans,or wait for his team mate to arrive.bless him :old: :bluebird:

Madine still has a big part to play.

People forget he was in a promotion winning team last season and played a vital role.

Good to see his passion in that Glatzel interview.

Neil Harris coming in gave him the opportunity of a fresh start and he's taken that on board.

I think him and Glatzel together up front could be strong.

many of our fans seem to have given him a break as well as NH..
which is good. far too many sharpened knives ready every game. not just for Madine.

Yeah totally agree. Fans have given everybody a fresh start.

Flint the only who let them down so far, if I'm being harsh.
