‘ Tonight Cardiff were outplayed First-half then Second-half

A game of two halves, Cardiff were totally outplayed the first-half, yet the second-half Cardiff looked like a completely different team after Brentford had gone up 2-0.
But it was to late for Cardiff to even rescue a punt and Neil Harris unbeaten record.

Leeds Away will also be another big test for Neil Harris.

For me Cardiff do not look like a play-off team .

First - Half: Cardiff looked very poor and for most of the half Brentford ran Cardiff ragged and Cardiff will have felt relived to be only 1nil down.
Cardiff never had one shot on target.
Brentford were far quicker to the ball and their passing far superior.



Second-Half:
With in minutes Brentford made it 2nil
Cardiff then upped their game and for 15mins Cardiff had their best spell of the game.
Pack then scored a thunder shot goal 2-1.
The game slowed down for a while but City did continue to press forward.
Brentford looked still very dangerous on the break.

Tomlin had a brilliant shot finger tipped over the crossbar.

Brentford held out to win 2-1.

Horrible watching slick play around the penalty area by the opposition. All we do is boot it away to the opposition.

City looked pedestrian and save Tomlin no creativity.

No wing backs. Our wingers are so overrated.

Expect more of the same at Leeds. Invite the opposition into us but with no threat on the break.
