all clubs were working class , terraces filled with flat capped factory workers having their weekend entertainment fix before a few pints... life has changed as have what are considered working class jobs.
but to answer no club is working class to the extent it once was.. its much more popular now and a lot of that popularity is from a new audience , women, families, and middle/ upper classes..

Having spent 15 years away from watching football due to work commitments and returning in 2014, there is definitely a different feel to the terraces. I agree with others who say it’s now open to a wider audience which includes working class like myself.

IF YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR A LIVING UNTIL YOU RETIRE IN YOUR 60s OR 70s
PAYING YOUR MORTGAGE, SAVING FOR KIDS FUTURES AND HOLIDAYS ETC
THEN YOU ARE WOKING CLASS.

IF YOU CAN TAKE MONTHS OFF OR TIME OFF WHEN YOU WANT WITHIN REASON
DONT DRED THE BROWN ENVELOPES, DONT LOOK AT THE COST BEFORE ORDERING A MEAL ETC
THEN YOU ARE NOT WORKING CLASS - YOU ARE SELF SUFFICIENT, RICH OR PRUDENTLY RETIRED.....

if thats what working class is, i'd hate to think what i'd be classed as, lost my job last year, now only job i can get is part time in pissing retail, earning around £6000 a year. i have noticed the crowd are no longer as working class as they once were, this includes my group of friends who all of a sudden in their late 20s have all managed to get extremely well paying jobs, and i would consider myself the only working class one out of the group now.

No clubs are working class nowadays so no. At the start all clubs were but this has gradually changed. The majority of people in Britain are now middle class.

Seems like a strange question.

Football has changed massively since the 80s for me.
When I was going the vast majority were like it or not hooligans who went with their mates to watch a bit football with the hope of a scrap before or after the match.

Shit football, who gives a f**k because later there is going to be a scrap somewhere attitude.

All changed now and it will never go back.

Remember going to the Casablanca down the docks (butetown) late 80s and the talk the was how things were starting to change. I was 17 at the time and in love with it.

Times change and not always for the better

If you lose your job and can't pay your bills. You are working class

Don't worry because when Boris has got Brexit done (in about seven years) everything is going to be brilliant, or so I've been told.

Working class -

It's a state of mind, many millionaires that grow up through financial hardship on council estates would regard themselves as working class.

Some of these Instagram posers that are up to their eyes in debt, and have a sofa, Mercedes, hot tub, gym membership on credit cards and loans see themselves as middle class.

Personally I would think most of us are working class the exception comes with professions like doctors and above, living in Lisvanne (proper big house Lisvane) and above and that can afford to send their kids to private schools are middle class.

Yes it is really, with a lot of wealthy working-class fans and a comparatively tiny number of middle-class fans.

I think that's a good shout. Alot of the people who have money and support the city were originally working class people who have done well. They tend to be loyal too as opposed to the tossers who only appear in Premiership times
