Not bad if get to final ! but we decided to have a settled holiday in Rhodes? The thought of sorting out travel accommodation in Italy for a week for 2hrs football didnt quite convince me of value but continue my home support no matter what.

I got upped to cat 2 for the round of 16 so it totalled 980. Bit slow off the mark. They probably have to limit it to the allocation of the smallest stadium. Done a bit of research on the round of 16. Bilbao is already really difficult and really expensive for accommodation. Amsterdam likewise. Glasgow, probably stay in Edinburgh but that's pricey at anytime of the year. Bucharest has accommodation available and I was thinking of getting something on standby that can be cancelled free of charge. Surprised at the cost of flights there though considering how long it is to the game and the huge number of daily flights there.

I would love to go but I like my xmas hols in the sun so it was a choice between Antigua or Rome!
All you got to do now is wait until mid January to see if successful for tickets I presume?

Ahhh I was yesterday no wonder only expensive ones left for Rome! But in all honesty ok with the price but like said not for me other things to spend £2k on by time travel and hotels and expenses is taken into account...
