Has not been by any way the worst performer in the team this season

Depends what you care about. I think Hoilett has been poor under Harris, however Hoilett doesn’t make us a liability at the back, whereas I believe from what I’ve seen this season Flint has been making horrendous mistakes, he even almost cost us a goal earlier when he took the ball off Bacuna and gave it straight to their attacker

Biggest liability by far.

No pace way to many mistakes.

That was said about Hudson and Morrison as well to be fair and they turned out alright.

Was thinking the same it's a team game and it's not only the other 3 defenders /goalie keeping clean sheets? :old:

Another decent performance defensively, I don’t think it’s people not wanting him to do good I think it’s the fact he has had a few shaky moments. And when you are signed for £6m you are going to be looked at more. Looked much more solid today, and that partnership with Nelson could well turn into a great one. I’d prefer Mozza alongside Nelson, but as long as the clean sheets keep accumulating there’s no need to change it up.

Yes mate. I think Flints main problem especially for me, is that most of us think Morrison would be better next to Nelson. We’ve kept clean sheets despite playing Flint, not because of him.

And when Morrison scores an own goal and makes the obligatory mistake then what?

That’s hypothetical. Morrison has been our captain for years but I agree that’s not a reason to play him, however we had a large number of clean sheets in our promotion season, and has proved to be a real threat in the air and a outlet for goals up until recently. I do think him playing alongside Flint has made them both look worse than they are but for some reason some people think Morrison was at fault, despite flint looking very awkward and a real liability in our last few games in particular. Yes, if Morrison scores own goals and makes the same mistakes Flint is doing we need to just simply buy another Center half to be honest, as that would mean we have two flints and I can’t think of anything worse

Personally I think flint is better for city if Harris changes way we play. But having said that not convinced by either in long term! I say keep as it is just for continuity, 2 wins and draw suggests its working better so no need to change..

Not that Flint needed to prove anything as he’s been one of our best players this season, but he’s had 2 outstanding performances this week.

Once again fans ( and it’s not just City) slagging a player off without any justification.

I’ve asked a few to tell me when he’s cost us goals only to be answered with silence.

The 1st at Charlton they tell you because his pass to hoillett was to hard and we lost possession, their player went on to beat two defenders who should have stopped him? I think hes doing ok and will get better under new tactics.

Hoillet’s touch was terrible. I could have killed that pass
Then Bennett and Nelson let their guy get between them.

Would be ridiculous to blame Flint for that !
