Not all socialists are poor Annis it just means that they do not forget those that are less fortunate, believe in a fairer system.
Goes to show the Conservative s are in a bit of a panic..
Boris is showing how gutless he is by a no show on the leaders debate.

So Corbyn is a millionaire according to this post. Yet Corbyn still wants to tax the wealthy... Good man in my books. He's happy to pay a little extra so those less fortunate can get the help and support needed.

On the other hand. The Tory Tossers are not happy with their billions and want to enslave the working classes so they can skim for corporate profits. Sell off the NHS and keep cushy tax breaks for all their wealthy mates.

I know who I would rather stand with.

Lastly these polical posts on a football forum are ridiculous

Well why are you posting then?

In myexperience there are few politicians who actually believe in anything. They say and do what they believe will get them votes.

Keep your head down Boris and don't make any gaffs, a Labour government would have ruined the economy and taken us back 50 years.

As long as you're happy paying your taxes whilst the elites operate and maintain offshore shell corporations.

Sadly this isn't some sit-com this is real and the general public don't care.

We should be fighting these fuckers in the street. They are robbing from us yet we continue to fight each other

One part of me says the youngsters deserve a Labour government just to teach them a lesson in how bad they are,but when the money runs out and they get the boot, then austerity comes in to balance the books and everyone suffers.
I’d like to take the snowflakes in a time machine and show them what it’s like under a Labour government.

My view is we don't get wealth by dividing it. I think we should be keeping more of everyone money in their own hands so they can spend more and create more demand which creates more opportunities to meet demand. We should have a variable vat rate rather than taxing incomes. Except of course local services which need to be paid for

Corbyn will tell you mugs anything to buy your votes, free whatever you want, Broadband, University, Pensions for Women before 67, but men will still have to wait!

A little secret, there is no such thing as a free meal, everything he gives away will become a long term debt which will have to be paid for by taxpayers in the future, he's so useless even blatant bribery isn't working

That's the problem, they haven't lived through a proper labour government (not New Labour which was tory +), I think they will get in next time (five years time) because enough time has passed and the youngsters will fall for the rob from the rich give to the poor bollocks, without knowing what it's like to try and pick up the pieces the following years.

Or you could take them back a bit further to a pre NHS time when the Tories were the Government.Makes anything any Labour gov has done since look like a tea party.

Everybody is entitled to their opinion, no matter how stupid it may be.

I think there will be some shocks in this election.

Even my Tory supporting mate, who worked in a low paid factory job all his life and saved a few bob, whose opinion is that the poor deserve to be poor, and everybody who is out of work or on the sick deserve to be short of money. It takes all sorts I suppose. It's the I'm alright Jack attitude, which soon changes when they lose their job or become ill.

Even Boris today stated he has never lied in his political career....so now he's even lying about lying.

I think there Tory and Labour voters who will vote Plaid, Lib Deb and Brexit, and Lib Deb voters who don't want to remain in the Eu who will defect to other parties so it's all very difficult to call.

But at least it takes our minds to Xmas shopping!

never much liked Corbyn or his policies...but did think he was a man of his word and stuck to his principles { however off beat they were } ,which was the biggest asset he had... sorry mate but the minute he sniffed power principles went out the window.. although not a fan I never the less found it disappointing tbh . he has changed his mind on far too many things for anyone to be pointing at boris and saying look how principled our guy is...don't really remember anyone change their mind so much.

the big difference here.. which im sure you know , is the world and politics has moved on almost unrecognisably since the NHS was formed...ah yes its moved on since the 70s I can hear you say...trouble is its the 70s is exactly where this particular labour leader wants to take us...his policies are failed policies, not just here but failed everywhere...
truth is the Torys arnt great and were not the last election.. Labour needs to move forward into at least the 90s as its not very healthy at the moment.
I don't get Corbynistas...the fella is poison...and not just to his opponents, he is poison to labour too.

That’s the point though ain’t it? The really wealthy have more money than they can spend in 100 lifetimes yet sit on it.

I’ll not vote Labour as my vote for this election is about Brexit and too many Labour MPs have been pricks over Brexit however they talk some sense.

There are people in this country who earn shocking amounts of money and sit on this money. Many have earned this fair and square but most have inherited it because of who their great, great, great, great, great grandfather helped in a battle once.

All this money sat doing nothing when we have people on our streets homeless. Think about how cold it was last night and how bad that must have been for those people. Crazy world.

I’m not anti Tory either. Some of their benefits reforms are much needed. Too much is taken out by people who abuse the system. But this is not a fair country at all. So much inequality.

Some of the posts are comical

How can anyone think Boris Johnson will improve anyone living off an average incomes life?

It’s amazing how many people don’t understand how much money big business takes away from our shores and that this is what Labour want to change to ensure they pay their way in our country

Amazon CEO makes what a trillion pounds a year while Amazon UK pay next to no corporation tax in the Uk every year how is that ok with people?

Amazon offshore traders not paying VAT on goods we all buy on Amazon costs the economy an estimated £5bn a year have a think for 5 mins what £5bn would do for public services and give your head a wobble. Thankfully HMRC are slowly sorting this black hole out but it’s a long way from being sorted

Starbucks have how many UK shops? Have a look how much corporation tax they paid last year why don’t you, what about google? Apple?

We unfortunately care more about lies spun by the billionaire media than we do about how big business operates in the UK

The national debt could practically be wiped out in the next 5 years if all big business were held to account for the corporation tax alone, but they threaten to walk if we make them pay

It’s disgraceful how for example a person who fails to declare the correct VAT is pursed and penalised by HMRC yet a big business only gets pursued for the VAT owed and is not penalised how is that fair?

What about your mate Dave who owns his own shop on your high street he pays his corporation tax and struggles to make his own wage some months but is expected to pay, your trillionare Amazon CEO who makes more a minute than me or you will want in a lifetime doesn’t pay even 1% of the actual corporation tax he actually owes here but nothing happens to him we all just sit about not giving a shit about him and still buy goods from his website

As someone said we are made to believe that these people are our friends helping us out when in actual fact they are the reason this country heads towards bankruptcy
