WE HAVENT GOT A STRIKER !!!!

It has been well documented that we are not creating enough chances and that our strikers are not firing, now heres the big BUT !
FACT City are the 5th highest scoring team in the Championship and we have scored more goals than Leeds.
What I find puzzling is that with only one exception ( Manga) we have the same defence squad as our promotion season where we were one of the tightest defences in the league.

Manga turned out to be a massive loss, but hopefully a confident Nelson will help!

A clean sheet on Tuesday and Nelson played well, it looks like he will improve things and Harris will work on protecting the back four, so Nelson and anyone of the three going forward.

The defence ain’t so much off the problem to me,even though they are making silly mistakes that are costing us goals,we ain’t as strong in midfield,gunners Is a big loss,he broke up a lot of attacks,now most teams are pouring through the centre of our midfield

if the team win. do I care who scores. I don't mate.
there are loads of examples of teams being piss poor but have a striker knocking them in..
Ronnie Moore, mentioned on here a few times lately scored loads for Tranmere the year before we bought him.. Tranmere got relegated though

We are missing Bamba Manga and Gunners. The last two sorely missed and not replaced well enough

Agree with you - I thought this season we would be more solid at the back .

It's quite funny that the players everybody has moaned about over the last few years are the ones people are now saying we are missing.

Gunnarsson, Manga and Whittingham were all regularly abused but we missed all three massively once they left

bamba injured, manga and gunner have left. and it takes time for understandings to develop..
plus our manager had 30 odd games the previous season to sort out whatever he saw as wanting improving..

have to be honest here...im baffled by how many people thought this was going to be easy.. turn up = win promotion.
