It's always a toughie, as there is a balance between immediate and future needs

I feel there are a number of young(ish) players at the club who could make the step up (Coxe being one of them) but they would have to hit the ground running to satisfy some of our fans, who are modernly result-only orientated

Neil Harris appears more flexible than the previous manager on these things but early days yet and we may still make an impact on this season's promotion race; albeit via the Play-Offs rather than the automatics
