Was very good going forward, just a case of plugging the gaps behind him when he dies.
Bacuna needs to take a look at himself re tracking back / losing his man yesterday.

Bennett is all over the shop, a daydreamer of a player.

Can’t agree with OP. Think Bennett is crucial to supporting the forward players on his side. Can get caught out of position, but has so much more quality going forward than Pelts on the other side.

His primary job is to defend, he's nowhere to be seen half the time. Gets the wrong side of his man and easily turned inside and outside and is as weak as a kitten.
Peltier is limited and struggles to pick a pass, however, he KNOWS his limitations and tries to play within them. That's why Peltier doesn't venture forward much, he's aware that his main priority is to defend.
It's a bit ironic that someone like Murphy, who was bought for his attacking intent, got more grief off Warnock for not defending properly than Bennett ever did!

Nobody knows what brief is given to players before a match. I’ve never seen JB play so advanced - not sure if it was because of NMLs free role. Tbh I don’t see him being turned inside out

Another situation like a young Adam Matthews, good going forward despite a poor standard of crossing. Defensively should be quicker and a notorious ball watcher, Flint ball watching too, Peltier also on occasion. Why?? In terms of slowness, crikey, Morrison, Flint, Peltier, Pack all too slow for me. I don’t want those kind of players at our club.

Well they got till Jan to pull the finger out, there are one or 2 in the youth that might be able to step up but im hoping he dips in the loan market for a young hungry full back at the least

sorry, but his primary job is to do as the manager asks...if that's pushing on { which he and Pelts did Saturday } so be it..
ive read many posts saying..nowhere to be seen ..and many...how refreshing to see them kick on...but one things for sure they don't go out there with no instruction and just all get to do their own thing..

trouble is we don't get to know what the instructions are...and some are easier to figure out than others.

Just when JB seems to be getting pelters,he produces a good performance, didn’t he cross for the 1st goal?

Agreed, I thought he won his personal battle with Tom Ince and showed a more ruthless side. Ince threw a couple of frustrated tantrums, which was great to see!
