Neil Harris says he has got the players for a promotion charge this season, but added he won't be promising anything at this stage.

Wouldn't look at it like that while he has my full support this is what happens when you give managers like Harris who been at Millwall for years a chance here because he will look at the squad and the ability some of them possess and think 'Wow' and assume he won't need to sign in January because he hasn't had a squad with quality like ours.

Same with Slade, when they've been managing at the level they have it must be a culture shock when they came to us.

Doubt if there is anything much to come from the youth team for at least a couple of years but I think the first team players should be doing far better than they are. We have massively underachieved this season and that is ultimately why Warnock got the push.Don't forget we were one of three or four favourites at the start of the season with Leeds,Fulham,and WBA and we are be far the worst.
