Gary Madiene

Could Madiene do the Moore role for us. Just hold it up and lay it off and keep it simple. Fu.... running the channels he's got no pace like Moore. Just a basic game plan for him.

They are very similar in both style and talent

The big difference is attitude

Nows his chance to impress. Harris will want to pump it even longer imo.

IMO the attitude will change now Harris is in charge. A number of players under NW fell foul and disappeared where others appeared to be nailed on in the side. That will change don’t be surprised for some surprises.

I'm hoping for surprises and that we can stay up.

not sure he fell foul, he was bought to push us over the line and take pressure of ken...which he did.
ive stuck up for him more than most but even I could see that once promoted he would be surplus at premier league level..
the result was he got more and more unpopular.. which both he and the manager knew.

anyway...Neil Harris tried to get him on loan the same time as Wilder did..

bad attitude ?...acceptance of a player being cheesed off somewhere really depends on who you are and where your from...

If he wants to lose he picks Madine. Just like people saying play Bogle against Bristol which was a joke. Out of the bunch who can play on Saturday, Paterson is the best. If you want to harass defenders and take chances he is the one.

Who is Madiene? New signing?

Will be interesting to see what Harris does - as he said he did not want to make many chances...

Moore has more technical ability. He brings the ball under control much more quickly than Madine which gives him a little extra time to lay it off. Also with Wales Moore has plenty of options and runners.... city dont.

However... like ALL players At the club this is a new start and hopefully some players can step up and we can developed our playing style to get the best out of players. Madine may have a role to play

Not sure if we should be setting our players up like the Welsh squad. When we don't have the players of the Welsh squad. Remember what happened the last time we tried to play the "Wales Way"

To be honest, if you look on paper we are not far off really. Big man up front, fast wingers who could get down the wing or cut inside and shoot.

Decent passers behind 2 CMs

But from what i see this season. Our forward gets the ball, looks around no one near for 30 yards. Wingers static, it will most probably go to pot like it did before

Might catch on if it works. Rename the whole squad after the Dutch in 78.
