Academy manager James McCarthy has already got rid of Andy Legg from the U23s. McCarthy is the one the club need to get rid of.

Brentford I think got rid of their academy altogether,all it produces is players for other clubs lower than themselves.
The cost of running such a scheme doesn’t give value add,you may as well spend the expenditure on 1 decent player,it’s not as if this year’s U12s in 10 years time will be the Cardiff 1st team.

the players we have lost have gone on to do......really not much....so keeping his word will mean business as usual..

We might see Coxe but doubt we will see many.
