Can’t lie, despite normally being a pessimist I can’t help but have some funny feeling he’s going to prove many on here wrong.

Then again, I thought the same about Ole, so hopefully Neil doesn’t come out with some bollocks speech about heroes before his first home game

Agree at first I was gutted.now after hearing his press conference a strange feeling of optimism is creeping up on me.lets hope he delivers.

After seeing that, I can’t help but think it’s all wrong. I’m hoping he proves me wrong.

I do feel that too but I must remind myself its just a press conference. How he talks to the media give us a natural insight but how he dictates performances, as he rightly mentioned....is when we can begin to judge. Still very much in the 'oh ffs camp, why him!' Until further notice. Im a stubborn bastardo and there isnt much I like to get wrong or reminded of being wrong etc....except any negativity I have in relation to my club. I will take it with a smile if he turns out to be our diamond in the rough.
