Got to admit, i was like wtf when he was appointed, but reading his press conference i am very impressed.
To me it looks like, in a short space of time hes got a plan for now, after xmas and future seasons. He is not comming across as one dimentional. Really looking forward to pressing high up the pitch, i was tired of feeling im at an away game and sitting back letting one player dribble down the middle 50 yards to our box, or letting 2 passes go through and being near our area.
Warnock said we would threaten alot at set peices, we really havnt and conceded more in reality. Harris still sees this as something we can build on.
Of course, football is a results business. But to me he is saying the right stuff

I agree he came across well and looks like he’s got a lot of plans.

At the end of the day he is our manager now and will be for the foreseeable future and he has to get our full backing and support. Let him now that he is our man now, that will transfer to the players and help any efforts of his to improve the team and results. We have to be positive, the only thing that is not settled now is how he will do as manager and it definitely isn't guaranteed that he will do badly, he could be a huge success and as a Cardiff fan I really hope he is!

There are those that bemoan the type of football played at Millwall but he didn’t have the same quality of player there that he has here. Those that did develop into quality did so under him.
I’m sure he is excited to have players like
Murphy
Hoilett
NML
Ward
Glatzel
Bennett
Pack
Bacuna
Vaulks
Ralls
Whyte
Ward
Tomlin
Playing for him. All these players can play good football I am sure of it and all have done at times under NW.

Completely agree with the post, I was very underwhelmed at the appointment but actually really enjoyed his press conference. Thought he had a lot of good ideas and seems to understand the players we have and that set plays will be important at both ends. Also seemed confident but not arrogant, and respectful to the job warnock has done.

I thought the same, was completely underwhelmed with his appointment but he came across pretty well and was quite reassuring in his interview. Whether he can deliver on that we will have to wait and see.
Warnocks tactics from set pieces were absolutely shocking. Every ball was deep to the back post for flint to try and put it back across the box. Totally ineffective yet we did it every time. It really wont be hard to improve our set piece play.

I thought he came across really well in the interview. He mentioned the academy a lot which I was pleased with.

Happy for him. Sounds very genuine and sincere also sees this job as a big step up and wants success here.

I wasn't one to write him off when mentioned. He wasn't also my choice, but I kept my opinion to myself.
Now he's filled me with confidence, he's saying the right things, you can see why tan and dalman appointed him for sure.
I checked Millwall formation the last 10 or so games he was there and they played 442 so it will certainly be a change of style to what we saw under the legend Warnock.
Let's get behind him, he deserves his chance

Basically the same thing. But he has different players available to him so who knows how I he’s going to play
