He could thrive. Warnock was abysmal in the transfer market mostly apart from a few exemptions. Harris done well at millwall without spending much money. Be interested to see his dealings in the transfer market and what sort of players he goes after with the budget at city...

Well dont need wingers or strikers thats for sure! So couple defenders and midfielders would help..

Yup. Offensive Midfielder with a bit of flair would top my list.

Easy Answer - Tan should tell Harris ( if No transfer embargo ) - You have seen what is here so ....
Transfer who you don't want and re invest that money - That would sort out his budget - with a little help

I think we will let our new Manager who was a striker decide if we need a new one or not!
