Fans deserve to be heard - Gerard/Lampard/Monk examples

Derby took a gamble on Lampard and he took them to the playoffs.
Then Chelsea took a gamble on Lampard and he's doing VERY well all things considered.

Rangers took a gamble on Gerrard and they love him.

Swansea took a gamble on Monk, and he got fired with 36% wins in 77 games record in the premier league!

My point is I can't be as*ed for my club to take a boring "Let's not get relegated" glass half empty approach. It's been talked about for years now, since Bellamy took up the coaching role for us. Even Warnock talked about Bellamy one day taking charge, and even hinted that he would want him to take the reigns when Warnock finishes with Cardiff.

Why can't we just do it. Do this whole young manager thing, who knows the club, can attract a particular caliber of player simply for having contacts that most managers in the championship wouldn't have, due to Craig's career in the premier league. Some kids got upset over England/Wales banter, so that should come into account? No ofcourse it shouldn't, even if you have a problem with what he did he's already made it known he has gone through training and won't do what he did again.

I expect attacking football from Bellamy, but I think he brings a sort of reputation that Warnock has, in that half of our fans would love him here, and the others would probably detest him as our manager. He would rile other teams up the wrong way when we face them, he knows exactly what the Derbys against Swansea means to us, and he's Cardiff through and through (I don't care that he didn't play here for long, he's a Cardiff boy).

Just F***ing get him signed please. I think it's the only right option here that allows fans to go easy on him if results don't go great at the start, with a long 2-3 season target to allow Bellamy time to get the team he wants.

One thing is for sure, it'll be exciting if Bellamy comes here. And after the year the club has had, we deserve some exciting things and hopefully good times again. We haven't gone through promotion, spending very little in the premier league summer window compared to fulham/wolves, not picking up too many wins, having our most expensive signing tragically killed, and after all that we get relegated from the premier league, just to then be managed by a yes man who may or may not last til the end of the season. I can't be as*ed with it, honestly. It's doing my head in the thought of the club signing anyone other than what the fans want. We deserve to be heard in my opinion :|

Why’s that?

Bellamy would certainly make things interesting.

Lampard pulled in Mount on loan from Chelsea and Wilson from Liverpool which made Derbys season. And now they've gone Derby are a shadow of the side.

Hes done an outstanding job so far at Chelski. They do though have an outstanding crop of youngsters

I don't see it. the comparison. Lampard is highly thought of throughout the game , which of course is why he was offered the Derby job more or less straight from ending his career.. and why clubs loaned him players..
Craigs reputation has been as a loose cannon who has fallen out with fellow players and managers pretty much everywhere he has been..
what have Gerrard, Lampard and Monk got to do with it.?
maybe we should have jock mcblogs as manager because he once played in the same league as Fergie ,fell out with loads of managers. got involved in a few scuffles but should do ok because Fergie did.

A manager needs to be a respected leader not an egotistical little scrote

Deep down, Bellamy is still the same rough diamond from Trowbridge he’s always been. And he’ll never change. Not management material for anyone.
