APPOINT DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL BEFORE MANAGER

So Dalman has confirmed Neil Warnock is NOT part of the search for our new manager. So it seems we have 3 blokes (Dalman, Tan and Choo) conducting the search for our new manager. It doesn't fill with me hope. I'd much rather us find and appoint a director of football FIRST. Then that person can conduct the managerial search.

For Malky (the guy who was milking the club dry), I think you're casually forgetting Dalman and Choo weren't even at the club and Tan wasn't involved much with the process. It was Gethin Jenkins and Alan Whitely. And Neil Warnock was the most obvious choice of them all. Just like Hughton is now. If you're not going to get Hughton in, get someone knowledgeable in to find an alternative.
