Warnocks success at this club doesnt give him a free pass for poor performances. Football is a results business and we simply were not getting results. This wasnt a 4-5 game bad run either. It was a third of the season of poor results and performances and nothing was changing. Change was needed. The board realised it, the fans realised it and so did Warnock, which is why he walked. People criticised his tactics and team selection because of the results and performances. It happens at every under performing club.
