Think About It

Was it right to be made public that whatever happened this would be our Beloved Neils last season . Regardless, as this was stated should the club been for once proactive and put in contingency plans , A normal management reaction. We now find ourselves in a terrible predicament. We are left with a squad of players who only know one way of playing that have no confidence of getting the ball down and passing and playing football . I will always respect Neil for taking us to the Heights that many of us would never think possible. However there are deeper questions that may arise . Are we now bringing in Neil Harries who has the same style of football because of these facts.
1. We have refused to pay the Sala Fee.
2. the club has no intention of paying

3 we then come under a transfer embargo for three windows at the least and maybe points deductions

4. So is it logical that the new manager coming in has to work and plays the same way with this current squad?

To me there are fundamental things that must be addressed for our club to move forward . Our scouting system is terrible . Our coaches from youth to Development are not good enough . Any business must have a plan both short term and long term but there should be clear objectives in place, Until we do that we will never go forward.
