Vincent Tan needs to go, no ambition. and no respect!

Tue Nov 12, 2019 3:16 pm

The choice replacing Warnock is down to 2, Bowyer or Neil Harris, FFS. We’ll be back to the Slade and Trollope days !! Now you will see attendances drop as Cardiff slide down the table. We need to tell Tan to go now!
No wonder Warnock left ! with no backing on transfers for quality players, and the Clubs handling of Emilano Sala showed no respect, quite frankly I’m ashamed of the handling of this. FFS - Pay Nantes what you owe them and show some respect and dignity. - The roads all lead back to Vincent Tan.

And I suppose the buyers are queueing up to pump money into Cardiff City. If it wasn't for Tan's money, there might not even be a need for this forum. Like him or not, in the 50 odd years I have been a supporter, he is the first to put some serious cash into this club.

Agreed Steve. The best owner for my time watching the City. Good god, I remember the Kumar era for instance! :ayatollah:

I'm no Tan fan as most know. Reading the OPs post there is only one thing I will agree with and that is Tan does not have any ambition for the club except to claw back what he has put into the place. Even if he gets on an even keel I don't think he is the guy to make us that established Premier side.

Personally I don't blame Tan for not investing like the guys at Wolves and Leicester have done. The finances have not gone great for him since becoming our owner. I'm not sure what it would take for him to let loose, something like a Warnock keeping us in the Premier for 5 years, I don't really know. I've resided to the fact the best we are going to get with Tan in charge is by getting lucky in the Championship and praying on a miracle we stay a bit longer in the Premier.

After that anything more is a bonus.

Hated Tan for the rebrand but other than that can't fault him.

Made a massive mistake in the rebrand, a huge cultural difference between the far east and the UK did not help.
And has invested more in cardiff than any other chairman.
And you want him to go!
